Granules
What is a granule? Polymers produced in petrochemicals are made into a special form for ease of use, which is called granules.
Granules can be produced from new polymers and used in a wide range of plastic industries, including rubber production, electrical cables, and various materials needed for product packaging.
Light polyethylene has the following characteristics:
1. flexibility and deformation
2. Transparency
3. Chemical resistance,
4. Heat resistance
5. Recycling
6. Moisture resistance
Polyethylene (PE) Polyethylene is a thermoplastic which is used in a wide variety of products. It gets the name from the ethylene monomers. Polyethylene is generally used for the plastics industry. Ethylene molecule, C2H4 is actually linked to the double bond contents, CH2, ethylene (CH2 = CH2). Polyethylene is produced by polymerization of ethylene. Different polymerization methods can be used for polyethylene polymerization such as radical polymerization, anionic polymerization, ion coordination polymerization and cationic polymerization. Each of these methods provides different types of polyethylene production.
PE100 is a type of high-density polyethylene that is used in various industries, including oil. gas chemical industry. It is used in water and sewage industries and agriculture. Its characteristics are: It has outstanding physical and mechanical properties, such as high resistance to impact, pressure, heat, chemical resistance, flexibility, etc., which is considered as PE100.which our company specializes in.
PS is a type of polymer material that is used to make plastic pipes and sheets of industrial parts. Its features are:granule
1. High impact resistance.
2. High heat resistance
3. High flexibility
4. Chemical resistance
5. Light weight 6. recyclable.
These characteristics depend on the type and quality of the granule and its polymer structure.
